RECORDED COURSES

 Any person that has purchased a webinar recording / online course will get a no questions asked money back refund (less the processing fees of the transaction) if requested in writing within 30 days of purchase.

INTRODUCTORY (IN PERSON) SEMINARS

​

 Any person attending an intro seminar will be paid back double (less the processing fees of the transaction) if they are not happy for any reason, provided they must have attended the full length of the seminar and ask for the refund by the end of the seminar.

ONLINE WEBINARS

​

Provided you attended ALL the lessons, and provided that you have done all the drills as evidenced in the chat and participated in the questions and answers in the chat, by the end of the course, on the last day of the course, you can ask for money back and get full money back (less the processing fees of the transaction).

 

Exceptions: Some courses will be specified that the guarantee is per lesson. In that case, you can ask for the money back by the end of that lesson, and you will get your money back for that lesson (less the processing fees of the transaction).

COACHING

 

We will refund the full amount paid (less the processing fees of the transaction) provided the client executed the actions agreed upon, on time and provided proof of completion in real time.

MAJOR SEMINARS

​

We will refund the entire amount paid (less the processing fees of the transaction) provided the client attended the full seminar, did all of the drills and asks for the refund at the end of the seminar.

Clients who paid in full and missed the event are eligible to reschedule for another event within 12 months of original purchase date. 

 

Please allow 30 days to process any of the above refunds.
