How To See Through Lies Fast

Have you ever noticed that when someone gives a long, complicated explanation, it usually means they’re hiding something?
The truth doesn’t need an explanation.
Truth is simple, direct, and clear.
When a person comes home and starts giving you endless reasons about what they did or what didn’t happen, chances are, they’re lying.

Big explanation equals little truth.
The more someone tries to justify or explain, the less truth there usually is behind their words. Instead of being real, they create stories to convince you.
Here’s the deeper issue:
When you rely only on data, explanations, and endless “why, why, why,” you cancel yourself.
The definition of you is the thing that knows.
The real you is the one who knows, the spirit that sees beyond excuses. The moment you believe that data is more important than your own knowing, you lose your power.
The data becomes important, and you stop being important.
Now, the question of course is:
How do you get back to that place of true knowing?
How do you recognize truth without needing explanations?
