When you wake up and you have a lot to do or you have nothing to do and you don't have energy and you think, "well I don't know what to do, I don't have energy."
Why don't you have energy?
Energy you get from motion.
So there needs to be some kind of motion in order to release energy.
You need to burn fuel to release energy. You need to turn the engine to move the car.
You need motion to create energy.
Without motion, there is no energy.
If you want to have energy you need to move and you need to move in an increasing speed.
You will see that when a person is dead, he's not moving at all. There's no movement at all.
Now, this movement has everything to do with how your day looks because when you look at love the only indication that love exists is what you do for the other person. You're urged to do for the other person.
This doingness brings about energy into the relationship.
If you want a good relationship, you do things for the other side.
Tell them, show them, do something for them. A post, a video, something for them.
