What Are Worries?

Everyone worries.

They worry about their children.

They worry about their business.

They worry about their future.

They worry...

I want to tell you that I don't worry. I never worry.

And you think how can that be?

Let's see first what worrying is.

Worrying is looking at the past.

You think worrying is looking at what will happen in the future.

It is not.

It is looking at THE PAST!!

You look at what has happened in the past... which might happen now.

WORRY!

The more you look at the past, the more insane you get.

What is the definition of the word insanity?

Insanity is attention stuck in the past.

The more you think, the more insane you are.

Many people think the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result...

That is actually the definition of tenacity.

Tenacity is doing the same thing again and again, and expecting a different result - an improvement.

Now back to insanity...

The more you think, the more insane you are.

You cannot think and act at the same time.

Thinking is a substitute for action.

Thinking is not a good thing.

Knowing is a very good thing.

Thinking is what takes you away from you.

When you act, you act because you know, not because you think.

Thinking does not bring a decision, thinking does not bring action.

What brings action is a decision: "I know."

Thinking stops you.

Thinking is a substitute for action.

Don't worry. Don't think. Know. Act.

Thank you, and enjoy the video below.
