Have You Lost Your Spark?

Meir Ezra here with a tip for you.

So, I have had a few people ask me, "What can be done when the “spark” is gone? When I don’t have that urge, I lost that drive to get up and go…"

What do you do?

Well, the answer is really simple, of course.

I will give it to you straight:

You go, and you execute effort.

But then the immediate statement usually becomes, "But I don't know what I like. I don't like the same things anymore... I have lost my spark for it." Etc...

Well, first of all, you need to realize that you cause your own feelings.

There's no such thing as "I don't like it."

It's not just a random dust that has made you not like it... you cause it!!

Which is why...

What you need to do is:

  1. Find something that you CAN DO, and you do that.

  2. Report to yourself any small improvement!

You will see that almost magically you will like it!

You like things that bring you improvements!

That's what you like!

You will like anything that brings about improvements!

Imagine I asked you to sit in a room, and every 10 minutes I gave you $10,000! You will like it because the money will improve you.

Now imagine for every $10,000 I gave you, you needed to pay someone else $20,000. The $10,000 will therefore create a loss for you - causing you not to like it! Same $10,000 - in one way it improves and in the other way it causes a loss.

So what do you do?

You exert effort in the direction of something that you can do, you validate your improvements, and you will have your spark back.

Thank you, and enjoy the video below.
