Your Supporters Create Your Team!

Let’s talk about something powerful: support.

Your supporters create your team. The people who like your photos, comment on your posts, share your content, even if it’s just to their stories or with one friend - they are your team.

Sometimes strangers support you even more than your own friends - strangers that share things to their stories or that share a link with someone support you.

It’s wild, but true.

They are supporters.

Those supporters are a part of your team.

Even though you're not employing them...

Even though they're not sitting in the office with you...

Even though you don't have team meetings with them...

They are part of your team.

Now, what does that mean for you?

You can be a part of someone's team.

If you find somebody that's putting out things that you enjoy, that's helping you, that's giving you value...

Join their team, support them, give them at least a like.

A lesson I learned:

I used to scroll past celebrity posts and think,

“They already have 2 million likes. They don’t need mine.”

But then my wife, Mariah, said something that stuck with me:

“You should still give them a like. It shows support. It's still indicating in some level that you want to help them with what they post, and that you enjoy what they post because you never know what kind of attacks, what kind of hate, they get.”

That changed everything for me.

Any level of support is appreciated.
